Feta Tzatziki Dip
If you’re entertaining this summer, this delicious feta tzatziki dip is the perfect side dish to please a crowd. Be warned–it’ll disappear fast!
- 200g Dodoni Feta
- 1 ripe avocado
- A pinch of fill
- 1 grated cucumber (use as much as you like!)
- Lemon juice
- Apple cider vinegar
- A clove of garlic
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper
- Blend the yoghurt and feta in a food processor, until smooth
- Add lemon juice, dill and garlic
- Squeeze/drain as much liquid as you can from the cucumber, then stir it into the mixture
- Add salt and pepper, and enjoy!
